Vilas School District is committed to protecting the health and safety of our community. Guided by the recommendations and feedback from our Local Health Agency, the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE), and guidance from the Colorado Department of Education (CDE), all necessary steps have been taken by the district to promote a safe and healthy learning environment upon our return to in-person learning on Tuesday, November 3rd. Intensive deep cleaning methods have been utilized to clean, disinfect, and sanitize our facilities. Physical distancing, face coverings, and wellness checks at the doors will be followed, and other precautions outlined in the district’s re-opening plan will continue to be administered. Our goal is to create the safest return for students.
Students will continue with remote learning Monday, November 2nd. On Tuesday, November 3rd, when students return to the building, please remind students to bring all remote learning supplies back to school.
